Is a U.S. customs regulation for all ocean imports and it requires importers to submit the shipment information to U.S. customs 24 hrs before loading the goods onto foreign vessel.
Must U.S. importers often overlooked ISF for their goods as they assume most of their imports will be shipped via air— where ISF is not a requirement, and don't realize until there is a customs hold or worst a penalty for late or missing filing, then they think that is not their fault because shipper did not notify them or because the shipment was prepaid, you are not alone.Â
You just need your shipper send the ISF data (commonly known as 10+2) form to your customs broker and that is it! We will file ISF to U.S. customs on your behalf.

How to Get your ISF Filed
1. Complete POA
If you are new customer with us, we'll need you to complete a Power of Attorney (POA) to be able to file on your behalf.
2. Send ISF RequestÂ
Send or have your shipper send us the ISFÂ 10+2 (data) pre alert 24 hrs before loading the goods onto foreign vessel.
3. ISF Gets Filed
As your customs broker when we receive your ISF 10+2 (data) request we will file ISF to U.S. customs.
